The ABC's of Self-Defense for Women
Time: 1:00 to 2:30 PM

Learn to become more aware, prepared and confident of defending yourselves against aggression. For women, reaction to potential danger must become instinctual and instantaneous.
This workshop is being tailored specifically for women. We encourage you to bring your sisters, mothers and daughters (12 years or older, please). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
