Our HistoryThe Ventura County chapter was established in 1996 to further these aims for the growing community of women business owners in the Ventura County area, Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley. Besides monthly meetings that feature instructive speakers, the Ventura County chapter hosts other events and takes an active role in supporting favorable business legislation through a state-wide public policy forum. Most of the members own their own businesses or hold management level positions in their respective companies. While most members conduct business in their offices or retail locations, others have home based businesses. NAWBO Ventura County seeks other women business owners who would like to build, improve and succeed in the business world while helping others to do the same |
